IRIDIUM

Iridium Satellite’s communication system uses 66 cross-linked Low Earth Orbit satellites that provide pole-to-pole, worldwide coverage. The system operates independently of terrestrial communication systems. In the event of an emergency, you and your staff can communicate instantly. The Iridium network is fully secure, offering AES-256 encryption and data communication speeds that are comparable to land-mobile radio communications. Iridium also provides a PTT service that lets devices be used like two-way radios, anywhere on the planet.

Iridium is looking to the future with the launch of a new NEXT satellite system. The NEXT system will offer more bandwidth, higher data communication speeds and support for existing technologies. On land, at sea or even in the air, Iridium offers reliable communication all over the planet.

INMARSAT

Offering simultaneous voice and data solutions, Inmarsat’s BGAN is our most popular Inmarsat service. For remote needs, you can set up anything from a small personal-use terminal to a larger unit with voice and high-speed connectivity – perfect for a small group of users in an office. Internet Protocol speeds up to 492 kbps and streaming connectivity up to 256 kbps means work gets done efficiently. Inmarsat’s services are available from 70 degrees north to 70 degrees south.
